Sony launches the Xperia M4 Aqua in India for ₹24,990

Sony has launched the dual-SIM version of the Xperia M4 Aqua in India for ₹24,990 ($ 390), with the device going on sale in the country from later today.

Unveiled at Mobile World Congress, the Xperia M4 Aqua is a mid-range handset that offers IP68 dust and water resistance.

Here’s what you get with the device:

• Octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 615 SoC with 1.5GHz quad-core Cortex A53 and 1.0GHz quad-core Cortex A53


• 2GB RAM


• 16GB storage, microSD slot


• 13MP camera, 5MP front shooter


• Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC


• 2,400mAh battery


• Android 5.0 Lollipop


• IP68 certified dust and water resistant


• White, Black, and Coral color variants

Sony hasn’t revealed whether or not the single-SIM version will be made available in India.
