Xiaomi Mi 4C Handset & Its Pricing Leak Prior To Launch

Xiaomi Mi 4C is definitely one of the most talked-about smartphones in the last couple of weeks. Xiaomi’s co-founders have been releasing various info when it comes to this device for a while now, and we’ve already seen tons of leaks as well. The phone will launch later today, at which point everything will be revealed. Before that happens though, we have some newly leaked material to share with you, so read on if you’re interested.

If you take a look at the gallery down below, you’ll get to see Xiaomi Mi 4C up close in personal in various color combinations, and also the new retail packaging Xiaomi will use. The phone is showcased in Blue, Pink and Dark Grey / Black color options, and the phone is basically identical to the Mi 4i as far as the design goes. The Mi 4i has launched earlier this year in India (initially), and the Mi 4C is essentially a higher-end variant of that phone. That’s not the only piece of information that leaked today though, we’ve spotted another pricing leak as well. According to the newest info, the Mi 4C might be a bit more expensive than we thought. Initial rumors stated that the basic model will cost 1, 299 Yuan ($ 204), and this new leak says that the pricing will start at 1, 999 Yuan ($ 314). The launch is right around the corner though, we’ll know everything later today.

According to previous info, the Mi 4C will feature a 5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) display along with 2/3GB of RAM and 16/32/64GB of internal storage. The phone is expected to ship in three variants, the first one will sport 2GB of RAM and 16GB of in-built storage, the second one will ship with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage, while the last model will come with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone will offer dual-SIM, dual standby connectivity, and 4G LTE will be on board as well. The Type-C USB 3. 0 will also be available here, and Android 5. 1 Lollipop will come pre-installed with Xiaomi’s MIUI 7 OS on top of it. The 13-megapixel shooter will be available on the back of Mi 4C, while you’ll be able to find a 5-megapixel snapper up front.
