This actually seems like a good idea to me. It also comes from the developer of the above messaging app, a web browser, and other non-watch things on watches, but Photo Gallery for Wear doesn’t rely on tiny weird touch targets. It displays all the images on your phone for easy previewing. I could see this being useful if you want to quickly glance at some photos you’ve taken, but obviously you’ll want to use the phone for any real browsing.
